Application of Perspiration Tester TF416A
Perspiration Tester TF416A is mainly used to test the color fastness to perspiration of various textile materials and textiles and to determine the performance of various colored and colored textiles in terms of resistance to perspiration, water, seawater, saliva, chlorine bleaching, phenol yellow, etc.
To do a Perspiration Color Fastness Test in addition to the Perspirometer, but also need to match a precise oven.
The Perspiration Tester TF416A consists of 1 stainless steel frame with 21 acrylic separator plates to hold 20 samples. Thus both ISO/AATCC test methods can be done at one time. 20 plastic basins are equipped for the pre-treatment of samples.

Testing Principle
The textile specimen and a piece or two pieces of lining fabric form a combined specimen (the same as the color fastness to washing), the two combined specimens are placed in two different test solutions containing histidine hydrochloride acid and alkali, completely wet, and then remove the excess test solution, the combined test specimens will be placed under a certain pressure (specific reference to the requirements of different test standards), in the (37 ± 2) ℃ temperature environment 4h, after drying, use the gray sample card to assess the discoloration of the specimen and the staining of the liner.
