Features
The Features of Washing Fastness Tester TF418E

Intelligent temperature control, using automatic setting PID temperature control mode, the temperature can keep stable after reaching
the standard. Good sealing of the test cup, when the empty test cup is sealed at room temperature and placed in water above 95℃ for 1 minute,
there will be a vapor bubble overflow.
Equipped with 2 test bins, two color fastness standard tests can be conducted simultaneously, such as the AATCC and the ISO test.
And the two test bins can be operated separately, to ensure that the color fastness of the washing test will not be confused. When the test compartment cover is opened,
the washing fastness test frame is protected by the no-rotation function.

Textile specimens sewn together with one or two pieces of standard lining fabric are placed in a stainless steel cup mixed with steel balls, soap or soap, and an anhydrous sodium carbonate mixture. Mechanical stirring is carried out at the specified time and temperature by the rotation of stainless steel cup. And when the test is over, the sample will be washed and dried. Take the original sample as a reference sample,evaluate the discoloration of the specimen and the staining of the lining fabric with gray sample cards or instruments.So we can also make perspiration test in textile.
